Gatta Farm is surrounded by natural forests, waterfalls and rivers. Resulting in an ideal place to grow coffee. At an Altitude of 2120 meters it produces a very dense coffee packed with flavour. There is a lot of natural shading.
We offer a natural coffee which has been taken good care of at the farm. Every 30 minutes they rotate the coffee to make sure the coffee is evenly dried and to avoid unwanted fermentation.
Recipe:
Espresso: 20grams ground coffee, 45ml liquid out in 23 seconds.
Flavour:
Melon, Milk Chocolate, Lemon zest.
